When I am not at work you will find me…Probably walking the dog, skiing or surfing!
Max started working a few different jobs within hospitality from the age of 15, at 18 he jetted off to the French Alps to work in a 5 star hotel for the winter season. After the season, Max moved to Cornwall to work in a fine dining restaurant (and surf) in Padstow before his second season in France which was cut short due to Covid.
