Andrew Wanless, Training Manager

Industry experience: 13 years

Andrew spent 10 years with Marstons working up from team member to GM. Then spent 5 years in the learning and development team within the new build program and responsible for training all the new starters. Before moving to Amazing Venues as Group Training manager heading up all the training within the hotels. For the past year, Andrew has been with Bourne Leisure looking after the east coast region, driving brand standards and helping the restaurant managers to develop their teams.
