Upon completion of the 7 modules and assessments you will be recognised as a M&T Qualified Commercial Manager – this means you will be fully equipped to tackle diverse areas of hotel management. Some staff opt for The M&T Development Pathway. This is aimed at members of the hotel’s commercial team (including Revenue, Reservations and Meetings & Events). A module such as this ensures that the team is fully supported and trained in acquiring the right skillset to execute their job.
